Some of our products are handmade to the highest standard and checked again before despatch to meet our quality standard.
GAYO YOGA offers the following Returns Policy:
Please send an email to gayo-yoga@hotmail.com with your request, no later than THREE days after receipt of your order. If applicable we will issue a return number.
Any request received from you later than THREE days after the delivery date may not be eligible under our Returns policy.

Items will not be accepted without a return number or sent to us without prior approval.
Items that are not found faulty will incur a 5 % restocking fee.

Payment
GAYO YOGA accepts Credit Card payments over the internet via Pay Pal, for your enhanced security.
Even if you do not have a Pay Pal account your order can be processed through them. Just head for the checkout and when prompted for your Pay Pal account, click DO NOT HAVE PAY PAL ACCOUNT, CONTINUE.
A small Credit card transaction fee of just £0.50 will be added to your order.
If you do not have a credit card, please send us a mail and we can arrange for cheque- or transfer payment. (UK and Germany only)

ALL PRODUCT ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE
Our products are shipped with UK Royal Mail services with 1st class, recorded delivery, (UK only) or are shipped directly from Sri Lanka, which takes usually 7-10 days.
If you wish to receive your order faster, we are happy to send it out with NEXT DAY SERVICE(UK only), at an additonal charge of £ 8.50.
Delivery cost will be reviewed from time to time and may change without prior notice.
